On June 5, 2003 in his office, Public Works Director Thomas O'Loughlin informed me that the current schedule and expected completion date was as follows: · All water pipes in the ground by the middle of July · Repairs to existing installation by middle of August · Grind, reclaim, & binder coat by end of August · Finish coat (road completed) 6-9 months later - summer 2004 · Grass seeding - winter rye this fall, permanent seeding next spring
