	Disclaimer: the following is a speech I delivered at the October 18, 2004 Town Council meeting during the Public Forum Session.
		Turner Road is a perfect testament for this Town Council. In two years it has yet to be completed while being hundreds of thousand of dollars over budget. This is your legacy. Is it one you can be proud of? By the way, perhaps you would like to tell the public how the Dicon lawsuit against the Town is progressing and how successful the Town has been in recovering any monies from the performance bond.
